Location met my expectations with many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The TV had problems and only got fixed after asking a second time. The receptionist was rude and a little sarcastic when my girlfriend called to complain. I did not appreciate that. the room was cold, and the heating only reached 23 degrees, quite disappointing.

The location was central and convenient.

My room was quite disappointing. The minibar was empty upon arrival, and despite informing the front desk, it was never restocked during my three-night stay. I also found the bathroom amenities to be lacking. There were no slippers, something I would expect in this class of hotel.

The room size of the Collection Premium Room High Floor was good! Room temperature remained well maintained. I also found the water temperature consistently excellent. The staff was courteous, and the location was convenient near various establishments.

I noted that parking next to the structure was difficult. You must use parking garages around a 10-minute walk away.

i found the rooms spacious and very clean.. the breakfast, served on the seventh floor, was enjoyable due to the excellent restaurant and rooftop bar. the reception staff provided helpful advice for day trips, recommending restaurants and securing complimentary tickets for the guggenheim museum. the entire staff displayed respect and helpfulness throughout our stay.

the lights in our room initially failed, but they resolved themselves afterward.
